Safety
The DM416 golf cart boasts a brand-new chassis design for 2024. The innovative twisting chassis offers unrivaled stability. We have made it wider and lowered the center of gravity to avoid side falls. Additionally, we've added two rear anti-roll safety wheels to prevent tip-overs, ensuring stability on very steep terrain and a safe, comfortable ride every time. With two speed settings, the DM416 can handle any incline you might find on a golf course.
Durability
The DM416 fully encloses the control unit with the latest in waterproofing technology. All electrical connections have been reinforced, particularly the connections between the handle and control box and the battery plug, making it more durable and weatherproof. As an electric scooter, it requires no oil or grease, eliminating the need for regular service. The integrated system and plug connection design allow for easy part replacement, reducing the need for mechanic services. The solid steel frame, waterproof electric system, and long-life lithium battery ensure super durability and very low maintenance, lasting many years.
Superior Lithium Battery
We believe in offering a quality product that performs well. That’s why all our buggies come with a lightweight, waterproof Lithium LiFeO4 ION battery and charger, providing 30km on a full charge – more than enough for two rounds of golf. The battery can be charged on the buggy or easily removed for charging at home if you store your buggy at your golf club.
Easy Transport
The DM416 is extremely car-friendly and simple to load into even small cars. There are four ways to transport the DM416:
- Using two folding ramps to drive or push your buggy into and out of your car, either by using the throttle or with a remote control (supplied free of charge on request).
- Towbar ramp platform carrier (optional, additional $699) attached to the hitch of your car, allowing for easy loading via the folding ramp. The rack can be stood up behind your tailgate when not in use.
- New towbar carrier (optional, additional $499) attached to the hitch of your car, allowing you to take off the seat and battery and put it on the carrier in a couple of minutes.
- Dismantling the DM416 and placing it in a car boot: front half part (23kg), rear half part (32kg), seat (10kg), battery (13kg). Although this method is not for everyday transport, it is useful for holidays.
Your Choice of Throttle
Our range of single-seat golf buggies offers a choice of two throttles: a pedal throttle with steering wheel option, and a “motorbike” style T-bar handle throttle. You can test drive both options at our showroom before making a purchase. The T-bar handle is better for folding and loading into your car via two ramps, but we also offer a 'remote control' throttle for the round steering handle, which functions similarly to the motorbike style throttle.
Golf and Shopping
With two speed settings, the low-speed setting allows you to use the buggy with the same rights as a mobility scooter. This means you can drive the buggy to and from your golf club and go shopping or anywhere else. The automatic electric braking system ensures safety by braking automatically when the throttle is released and holding the buggy on inclines, enhancing ease of use.
